Dividend Portfolio Tracker
Track Dividend Income Across Every Holding, In One Place
Most brokerage apps show you a running list of dividend payments and stop there. They don't annualize your run-rate, forecast next quarter from your actual seasonal pattern, model what reinvestment would do, or connect any of it to cost basis and realized gains. If you hold dividend payers across more than one account, piecing the full picture together means exporting spreadsheets or checking multiple apps.
Option Wheel Logic's dividend portfolio tracker keeps holdings, payment history, and derived income metrics in one dashboard. Log positions manually, import a CSV from Schwab, Fidelity, or Robinhood, or connect your brokerage through SnapTrade and let holdings and dividend activity sync automatically. Every payment feeds a 12-month income forecast built from your own seasonal pattern, a DRIP comparison against your real history, and a realized-gains ledger with proper FIFO lot matching for tax season.
An AI dividend advisor has full context on your holdings, income, and concentration, and can answer questions about your specific portfolio on demand. See the complete feature set on the dividend tracking page or try the standalone dividend income calculator first if you just want to run the numbers on a single position without signing up.

Manual Entry, CSV Import, or Automatic Sync
Manual entry. Add a holding or a dividend payment directly — ticker, quantity, cost, date, and amount. Useful for a handful of positions or for backfilling history your brokerage doesn't export cleanly.
CSV import. Export your transaction history from Schwab, Fidelity, or Robinhood and import it directly. The parser recognizes each brokerage's dividend-related transaction codes (qualified dividends, reinvestments, return of capital, and more) and skips everything else, so you don't have to clean the file first.
Automatic sync. Connect your brokerage account through SnapTrade and holdings, current prices, and dividend activity stay current without manual work. Multiple connected accounts can be viewed together or filtered individually.
Income Forecasting Built From Your Real History
Rather than assuming a flat monthly average, the forecast detects each holding's actual payment cadence from its recent history — monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual — and projects forward using the calendar months that ticker actually pays in. A REIT that pays monthly and a utility that pays quarterly both show up in the right months instead of being smoothed into an even line.
The 12-month view shows your last six months of actual received income next to the forward projection, with a monthly income goal you can set and track against. Set a target and see which months are projected to fall short before they happen.
Cost Basis, Realized Gains, and Concentration
Dividend income is only part of total return. The tracker also shows portfolio value against cost basis over time, per-position yield on cost, and a concentration snapshot (top holding, top-3 weight, effective number of holdings) so you can see whether your income is dangerously dependent on one or two payers.
A separate realized capital gains panel matches sells against buy lots using FIFO, splitting gains into short-term and long-term for tax purposes — logged manually or synced from SnapTrade alongside your dividend activity.
