1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Option Wheel Logic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Option Wheel Logic provides data-driven tools and analytics for options trading strategies. The Service includes dashboards, trade logging, watchlists, and AI-powered analysis features.

3. Not Financial Advice

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the platform's content as such. Option Wheel Logic does not recommend that any financial instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you. Trading decisions should be made based on your own research and risk tolerance.

AI-generated analysis, trade suggestions, strike recommendations, and probability estimates are algorithmically generated and may be inaccurate. They do not constitute personalized financial advice and should not be relied upon as the basis for any trading decision.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service's operation, or using automated systems to scrape data without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Option Wheel Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Risk Disclaimer

Options trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You could lose more than your initial investment. Ensure you fully understand the risks involved before trading.

Options strategies including cash-secured puts and covered calls involve specific risks including but not limited to assignment risk, early exercise, and total loss of premium paid. The wheel strategy and other strategies discussed on this platform may not be suitable for your financial situation.

8. Data Accuracy & Limitations

Option Wheel Logic makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable. Scores and metrics are calculated algorithmically and may not reflect current market conditions. IV Rank calculations require a minimum of 30 days of historical data and may not be available for all tickers.

9. Brokerage Connectivity

Brokerage account connectivity is provided through SnapTrade. Option Wheel Logic does not store your brokerage credentials, does not execute trades on your behalf, and is not responsible for actions taken by connected brokerage accounts. You authorize read-only access to your account data solely for the purpose of displaying portfolio information within the Service. SnapTrade's terms of service govern the handling of your brokerage authentication.

10. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, do not use this Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alaska.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Option Wheel Logic offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
Monthly plans: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
Annual plans: Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
Free trials: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

14. Geographic Restrictions

Option Wheel Logic is intended for use by residents of the United States only. Access to the Service is prohibited from countries subject to U.S. government sanctions or export controls, including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar, and Venezuela, as designated by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and other applicable U.S. regulatory bodies. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or a resident or national of, any such restricted country. We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at our sole discretion to ensure compliance with applicable law.
